Criteria for Joining CodeUA:

1. Ocials, benecial owners, or controllers of the Ukrainian company must not appear on international sanctions lists, such as those maintained by the UN, OFAC, the EU, or the US.

2. Companies must be ocially registered in accordance with Ukrainian laws or the laws of their jurisdiction of incorporation, with an ocial presence in Ukraine.

3. Companies must have a clean record, free from public scandals, including incidents involving substandard work or failure to meet obligations.

The CodeUA platform was created through the joint efforts of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Lviv IT Cluster, with the support of the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine (USAID CEP).

Lviv IT Cluster is the largest business association of IT companies in Ukraine, bringing together over 300 tech companies employing more than 100,000 professionals.
