We inform that, in the context of the Government of Ukraine taking measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease in Ukraine (COVID-19), the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued a resolution of 04.07.2021 № 310 "On amendments to the resolution of the Council of Ministers of Ukraine of 9 December 2020. № 1236 "(text of the resolution at the link: https://www.kmu.gov.ua/npas/pro-vnesennya-zmin-do-postanovi-kabinetu-ministriv-ukrayini- vid-9-grudnya-s70421).
These changes, among others, clarify the procedure for entering persons in Ukraine and the requirements for isolation / observation during the quarantine period:
- children - foreigners / stateless persons under the age of 12 - are exempt from the requirement to submit a negative PCR test for COVID-19 for entry into Ukraine (the requirement to have an adequate insurance policy for entry of this category of persons into Ukraine remains unchanged );
- the requirements for isolation / observation of people in connection with crossing the state border to enter Ukraine have been clarified. Subject to change, citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons residing in Ukraine entering Ukraine are subject to isolation / observation, except for the following persons (unless there is reason to believe that they have been in contact with the patient in the person COVID -19):
- under 12 years old;
- cargo vehicle drivers and crew members, buses engaged in regular transport, aircraft and ship crew members, river vessels, train and locomotive crew members;
- people who carry hematopoietic stem cells for transplantation;
- people who tested negative for COVID-19 by polymerase chain reaction, which was carried out a maximum of 72 hours before crossing the state border.
Isolation, observation of a person is terminated in the case of a negative PCR test in COVID-19, performed after entering Ukraine.
Requirements for the installation and activation of a mobile application ("Vdoma") by persons subject to isolation / observation in connection with entry into Ukraine / points of entry to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and its departure, remain unchanged.
