Cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Angola in the field of science and education is carried out mainly in the field of training of various profiles in higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

As of 2020, according to the data of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, 171 Angolan students were receiving higher education in higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Angolan youth receive higher education in Ukraine mainly at the universities of Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Lviv and Odessa. At the same time, the geography of universities, which have recently been chosen by Angolans, is expanding and more entrants and students are showing interest in studying in higher education institutions in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Ternopil.
