The information was revealed by the President of the National Monitoring Group for Portuguese-speaking Countries, Virgílio de Fontes Pereira, after the meeting he held on Tuesday 24th with the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament, Oleksandr Korniyenko.
